About This Role
- Lead complex Talent solution projects focusing on Workforce and Organization Transformation and Talent Management, including Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Competency Frameworks, and Career Architecture.
- Drive practice development by producing thought leadership materials like white papers and tailoring global tools for the India market, presenting at client seminars and industry events.
- Own business development responsibilities by managing client relationships, leading proposals, and delivering customized solutions to achieve profitable sales.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree mandatory.
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including prior or current consulting experience, with a reputed organization.
- Role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work requirement of minimum three days onsite per week.
- Strong understanding of various HR domains; excellent communication skills required.

- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple complex Talent Consulting projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to customize and apply global HR solutions to local Indian market contexts, including thought leadership creation.
