About This Role
- Own on-boarding and maintenance of reconciliation processes adhering to project standards.
- Lead installation, upgrades, and support for reconciliation platform including UAT and regression testing to ensure production stability.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and implement changes, drive automation, and enhance process efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of reconciliation development experience specifically with IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
- 4+ years of strong SQL database experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge of financial services domain and reconciliation processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within structured project methodologies such as AGILE or Waterfall.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with deep technical and functional reconciliation expertise.
- Analytical thinker focused on process optimization and automation in fintech reconciliation environments.
