Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in automotive, management consulting, strategy, project management, process excellence, or related transformation domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience working on global, cross-functional projects in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Power Apps, and project management software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex strategic and operational consulting engagements within the automotive industry or similar sectors.
- Skilled at managing diverse global and multicultural stakeholder groups with strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Familiar with industry best practices in project management, process excellence, and digital transformation utilizing tools like PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
