About This Role
- Lead and own GDC operational and facilities cost-saving programs, including facilities, procurement, licenses, and travel expense controls.
- Drive facilities review and consolidation efforts for Hyderabad and space utilization reviews for Bengaluru locations.
- Manage GDC associate performance and operational assessments and oversee Auto-Hub operations involving vendor and SLA management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- 10-15+ years total experience including 5+ years managing cost-savings programs, facilities or business operations in large multi-site organizations.
- Experience in Global Delivery Center (GDC)/GCC/IT services or BPO environment with 5000+ headcount and matrix organizational structure.
- Proven track record in delivering quantified savings in facilities, procurement, licenses or travel with established targets and tracking mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in facilities and space management including seat/utilization planning and workplace optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills involving BU heads, Finance, Real Estate, and IT at large scale.
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel mandatory; Power BI or Tableau preferred) with experience building dashboards and business cases for leadership decision-making.
