About This Role
- Own the analysis and support of TNS's billing applications and end-to-end quote-to-cash processes including quoting, ordering, billing, invoicing, and revenue operations.
- Act as subject matter expert on Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and related integrations; lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, and post-implementation support.

- 5+ years in Business Systems Analyst or similar role with focus on enterprise applications, billing, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, ERP, CRM, CPQ, or commerce systems.
- Experience supporting full application lifecycle: requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, and support.
