About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement standard and custom SAP WRICEF objects across multiple projects.
- Lead development teams and collaborate frequently with team members and other IT/business units to ensure successful implementation.
- Drive client meetings focused on design solutioning and translate business requirements into architectural specifications with feasibility analysis and system integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAP implementation projects.
- Mandatory skills: Design and development expertise in SAP ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro, and SAP WRICEF objects.
- Educational qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA.
- Strong business/client-facing experience with capability to define requirements and lead solution design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on coding, testing, and QA in ABAP and related SAP technologies with practical project delivery exposure.
- Capable of leading technical teams and engaging directly with clients to address technical and business challenges.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of technology and business, integrating SAP solutions to optimize client operations.
