About This Role
- Source and screen candidates for US government and public sector IT roles, ensuring compliance with government hiring standards.
- Manage contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements via VMS/MSP portals for federal and state clients.
- Coordinate hiring processes including interviews, reference checks, negotiations, and onboarding, maintaining pipeline and compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in US IT staffing focused on government/public sector roles.
- Experience with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Vector VMS, People Fluent) and compliance-driven hiring processes.
- Working knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, 1099, W2) and visa types (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, US Citizens).
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site), Shift: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM.

- Experienced recruiter with demonstrated success managing US government and federal/state contract staffing within VMS/MSP environments.
- Strong technical recruitment skills combined with expertise in compliance and documentation for government projects.
- Able to independently lead full recruitment lifecycle for niche IT positions while engaging candidates and clients effectively.
