About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles targeting US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and negotiate offers, ensuring smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, market research, and communicate progress to clients regularly.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment with proven successful hires.
- Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate) mandatory.
- Experience with US recruitment processes, visa types (H1B, Green Card), labor laws, and ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster).
- Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu; must be available for night shift (US Shift).

- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment specifically focused on US-based IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of various IT roles and ability to evaluate or coordinate assessment of candidates' technical skills.
