About This Role
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Create workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes to enhance platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, support upgrades, participate in testing and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable service management solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
- Experience supporting ITSM modules and service management processes.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development skills, including Flow Designer and Service Catalog configuration.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in ServiceNow development or administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle ServiceNow ITSM implementations and support, including configuration and automation.
- Able to work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow workflows and automations.
- Familiar with Agile development environments and platform upgrade procedures, indicating ability to operate in dynamic and iterative delivery settings.
