About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and related Azure AI services.
- Implement document ingestion pipelines (parsing, chunking, embedding generation, vector indexing) and write prompt engineering techniques to improve AI answer quality.
- Develop and expose AI/ML capabilities through REST APIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of total experience in software/data/AI engineering; 1.5-2 years specifically in Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry including model catalog, deployments, and prompt flow.
- Practical experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end and AI agents using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service or similar frameworks.
- Strong Python skills, knowledge of REST APIs, AI/ML fundamentals, and Azure services like Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Blob Storage.

- Mid-level engineer experienced in developing production-grade generative AI and RAG pipelines using Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Hands-on practitioner focusing on implementing AI agent workflows and prompt engineering to control and improve AI outputs.
- Experienced in collaborative agile environments working with product owners and cross-functional teams to meet sprint commitments.
