About This Role
- Design and engineer scalable, secure software and AI/GenAI solutions focusing on customer outcomes and automation.
- Lead software architecture, design, and engineering governance to ensure performance, resilience, and reusability across bank platforms.

Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python for designing scalable, secure, production-grade applications and APIs.
- Experience developing AI agents and GenAI solutions using Large Language Models, agent orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Proven experience leading software development teams in a matrix structure and executing technical strategies.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience in software engineering, design, architecture, and DevOps/Agile development frameworks.
