About This Role
- Process end-to-end monetary and non-monetary transactions related to US retirement solutions with 100% accuracy and adherence to turnaround timelines.
- Perform retirement account operations including account creation, maintenance, fund movements, rollovers, and transfers as per client instructions.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing client-submitted forms, verifying addresses, and managing exceptions following In Good Order (IGO)/Not In Good Order (NIGO) rules.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US Retirement Services domain, specifically Defined Contributions and participant-level services.
- Any Graduation degree.
- Experience with money-in processes such as asset transfers, enrollments, record keeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing.
- Must be willing and able to work in US business hours shifts, including rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to handle transactional and process documentation tasks with attention to detail in a retirement services operational environment.
- Experienced in verifying client data for compliance and resolving discrepancies in rollover and transfer requests.
- Comfortable working under moderate supervision with limited client interaction, focused on individual contributor responsibilities within a team.
