About This Role
- Maintain and manage purchase agreements including pricing, supplier information, and terms ensuring compliance with procurement approval processes.
- Analyze spend data to develop category strategies for cost savings, supplier rationalization, and consolidation opportunities.
- Manage supplier onboarding and approval, act as data steward for compliance with finance and procurement policies, and resolve purchase order to invoice discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, finance, accounting, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 preferred or experience with any ERP system.
- Ability to support US Central timezone and work onsite Monday to Thursday, with flexible location on Fridays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transactional procurement with strong familiarity of ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as A3 thinking and 9 Steps Problem Solving, with a track record of process improvements.
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, virtual or hybrid environment.
