About This Role
- Lead and innovate terminal operations ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural standards.
- Manage operational budgets, safety management systems, and vendor/contractor relationships to optimize terminal performance and customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, stakeholder liaison (including Customs, shipping lines, and railway authorities), and ensure timely, cost-effective terminal and rail logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree required.
- 20+ years combined experience in ICD/CFS/Forwarding/Shipping line/CHA operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 20+ years relevant experience as stated.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing complex terminal operations with multiple stakeholders including customs and rail authorities.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, able to balance safety, compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven capability to implement process improvements, manage vendors, and handle budgeting in a logistics/terminal environment.
