About This Role
- Manage and mentor a team of Team Managers overseeing insurance operation teams, fostering operational efficiency and adhering to service level agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with leaders in Operations, Underwriting, and Claims to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain communication on team performance and issues to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/work experience.
- 8-10 years of team leadership experience, preferably in insurance or related field.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and advanced MS Office skills.
- Hybrid work in Mumbai with at least three days per week onsite; working hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Property & Casualty insurance with policy checking/review expertise.
- Proven capability leading multiple teams in fast-paced, cross-geographical environments with strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, risk management, and operational process improvements.
