About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end manpower operations including deployment, attendance, shift scheduling, and productivity management across multiple client sites.
- Manage client relationships as primary contact, ensuring SLA adherence, handling escalations and coordinating commercial and billing activities.
- Lead and develop field teams, coordinate payroll and compliance (including Apprenticeship Programs), and produce operational MIS reports to drive efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree; HR or Operations preferred.
- 6–12 years experience in manpower/staffing/contract labor operations handling large headcount and multiple client locations.
- Strong knowledge of manpower operations, compliance (Apprenticeship Program NAPS/NATS), payroll coordination, and MIS/HRMS/CRM proficiency.
- Work Experience Required: 6–12 years in staffing/contract labor operations.
