About This Role
- Own and lead strategy, planning, and execution of lab infrastructure and operations across multiple engineering labs to support product development and validation.
- Manage lab readiness, capacity planning, equipment deployment, infrastructure modernization, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead and develop teams of lab engineers and technicians while collaborating with cross-functional partners including engineering, facilities, IT, EHS, and procurement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 15+ years experience in engineering support, silicon or hardware lab operations, lab infrastructure deployment, and laboratory management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale engineering labs supporting silicon bring-up, validation, and product development.
- Strong knowledge of lab infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, test equipment, RF systems, and operational processes.
