About This Role
- Manage and execute stablecoin client trades using proprietary platforms, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
- Monitor pricing across liquidity providers and exchanges to optimize execution and maintain balanced inventories through fund movements and hedging.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to handle wallet whitelisting, resolve operational alerts, and prepare detailed shift handovers for continuous desk operation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in trading or trading operations within cryptocurrency or digital assets.
- Hands-on experience using Fireblocks platform.
- Must reside in Latin America; advanced English proficiency required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, market maker, or digital asset payments company.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, client-facing trading operations environment involving multi-channel communication.
- Skilled in managing liquidity, risk positions, and settlement processes for stablecoins including USDT, USDC, USDG, and EURC.
