About This Role
- Lead AI-enabled tax transformation projects targeting productivity, automation, efficiency, and risk reduction across Tax, Finance, and ERP processes.
- Architect, design, and oversee delivery of AI-powered tax/finance solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Python, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Engage and lead client workshops with senior stakeholders to identify AI use cases, present solutions, and manage implementation through value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 7-11 years.
- Educational Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science from Tier 1 institute.
- Proven expertise in AI-first tax transformation, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, and AI Solution Design & Delivery.
- Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interface skills bridging Tax, Finance domain knowledge with AI and technology delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience leading end-to-end process assessments and redesigns integrating AI agents, automation, and data analytics into enterprise tax workflows.
- Proven track record in managing complex AI-enabled transformation engagements for large enterprise clients, preferably in tax or finance functions.
