About This Role
- Support review, classification, storage, and reporting of customer and vendor contracts.
- Implement company policy on contractual terms and assist with contract compliance investigations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Account Management, and other business units regarding contract management and processing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Quote to Cash, or Order Processing.
- Experience reviewing and processing commercial contracts.
- Shift timing: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with standard contractual provisions and contract compliance processes in B2B or sales contexts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Capable of working independently during night shift hours and collaborating across multiple internal teams.
