About This Role
- Own the monitoring and controlling of food and beverage costs by analyzing purchases, inventory, revenue reports, and wastage across all F&B outlets.
- Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost and inventory reports to management for review and decision making.
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and collaborate with multiple departments to enforce cost control policies and drive operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as F&B Controls Executive, Cost Controller, or equivalent role in hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong expertise in food and beverage cost control, inventory management, recipe costing, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS, POS systems, inventory management software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
