About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex software projects across .NET Full Stack and AI integration within enterprise environments.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable distributed applications using Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate globally, mentor junior engineers, and act as escalation point while ensuring solutions meet compliance and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
- Hands-on development expertise with C#, .NET Core, REST/Web APIs, Microsoft tech stack.
- Experience in scalable distributed applications, relational and non-relational databases, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Willingness to collaborate across global teams including US time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable leading mid-complexity initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and integrating AI services via APIs or SDKs.
- Familiarity with modern application architectures, containerization (preferably Kubernetes), and responsible AI practices.
