About This Role
- Designs, develops, and supports AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, RPA bots, and automation workflows to improve business operations and efficiency.
- Translates business requirements into technical designs and reusable code; integrates solutions with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensures production reliability through testing, AI evaluation, CI/CD, monitoring; provides technical guidance, conducts code reviews, and mentors developers.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development, AI, RPA, or enterprise automation.
- Proficient in Python and working knowledge of Java, C#, or comparable languages; hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience in AI technologies including generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA, APIs, SQL, containers, CI/CD, and security standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering production AI and automation solutions addressing complex business scenarios and enterprise integration challenges.
- Capable of handling ambiguous requirements and variable AI outputs with strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and technical mentoring within large, cloud-based, AI-enabled enterprise environments.
