About This Role
- Manage Oracle ERP operations including PO/SO changes, customer and supplier account creation, and master-data updates.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of order-related requests within defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and international stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of Order Management (OM) experience.
- Proficient in Oracle ERP systems and MS Excel; exposure to Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in working with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to work night/international shifts and on Indian public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in global business operations or cross-geography teams dealing with Oracle ERP and supply chain/order management processes.
- Demonstrates strong ownership with ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, new processes, and managing communication across international teams and time zones.
