About This Role
- Perform Record to Report (R2R) accounting activities for global entities (US, UK, APAC) within a Centre of Excellence team.
- Maintain financial records complying with GAAP and organizational standards, and create reports on financial performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and utilize automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting consolidated financial results.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years post qualification experience; 4-5 years relevant accounting experience in captive service centres or large corporates in Manufacturing & Services sector.
- Accounting Degree or equivalent mandatory; professional certification (CA, CMA, US CPA/CMA) preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple ERP systems and accounting tools required.
- Must be flexible to work in multiple shifts covering APAC, EAME, US time zones; Bangalore Whitefield location onsite mandatory; visa sponsorship not available.

- Experienced in managing R2R processes across multiple geographies and compliant with GAAP standards.
- Proficient in using automated accounting tools and capable of creating financial performance reports.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment requiring shift flexibility and coordination across global time zones.
