About This Role
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across global finance operations, focusing on process standardization, simplification, and value realization.
- Shape and own finance transformation roadmaps, governance, and delivery milestones within Analytics COE, integrating analytics, automation, and digital enablement to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels, drive executive communication, and provide leadership and coaching to transformation teams ensuring disciplined execution and benefit tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in finance transformation, management consulting, advanced analytics, finance systems, or digital transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and operating models with proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Whitefield, Bangalore and work a 5-day in-office schedule.
