About This Role
- Automate software testing including high-level regression scripts and comprehensive test plans for fintech payment systems.
- Investigate, report, and follow up on defects using tools like Rally/Jira, providing regular status reports.
- Manage end-to-end testing projects involving requirements gathering, scenario design, result analysis, and actionable reporting, while participating in Agile ceremonies.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of software testing experience with strong functional testing and test documentation skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience with test automation and SQL querying for data analysis and testing.
- Experience with API testing, preferably SOAP API and REST API using tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Experience using defect tracking and CI/CD tools such as JIRA, Rally, Jenkins, and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile environments contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Industry experience in financial services including knowledge of regulations and payment processing is preferred.
- Proficient in SDLC and STLC processes with ability to collaborate across distributed teams and share technical expertise.
