About This Role
- Design, develop, execute, and troubleshoot test plans and validation solutions for Campus Fabric and Enterprise Networking technologies, including VXLAN/EVPN and multi-node deployments.
- Develop and enhance automation scripts (Python or similar) to increase test coverage and efficiency, incorporating AI-driven approaches for test optimization.
- Investigate and resolve complex product issues, perform root-cause analysis on customer escalations, and provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in Network System Testing, Quality Assurance, or related networking roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with VXLAN/EVPN, Campus Fabric, Enterprise Networking, and associated technologies (802.1X, access security, DHCP/DHCP security, multicast, endpoint authentication).
- Proficiency in test automation scripting using Python or similar programming languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis within real-world network testbeds, with exposure to network traffic generators and packet analysis tools.
- Able to independently manage deliverables and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
- Collaborates effectively with software development and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and address complex networking challenges.
