About This Role
- Lead and implement automation-first Dev Certification strategy for Banking and Financial Services ETL and data validation processes.
- Build reusable automation frameworks using Python, PySpark, SQL, Shell Scripting, and Big Data technologies targeting platforms like Ab Initio, Hive, Hadoop, Databricks, and Data Lake.
- Manage and scale Pune-based DevCert teams, oversee vendor resources, and drive AI-enabled quality and delivery improvements using enterprise AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of technology experience with strong Banking or Financial Services domain expertise.
- Hands-on skills required in Ab Initio ETL Testing & Certification, Python, PySpark, SQL, Hive, Unix/Linux & Shell Scripting, Big Data Platforms, and scheduling tools Control-M / Autosys.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr for test management and quality reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

- Strong track record of building and implementing automation frameworks for ETL and data validation in Big Data ecosystems.
