About This Role
- Drive measurable business outcomes by helping banking customers solve complex challenges through technology strategy and execution planning.
- Lead and own customer workstreams from discovery to delivery, ensuring progress against business objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and innovative IT service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, customer success, and leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of managed services, enterprise platforms, IT operations, and technology vendor ecosystems.
- Proven experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management including root cause analysis and service restoration.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant IT roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading service transformation, operational excellence, or digital modernization initiatives in IT service environments.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to drive customer success.
- Holds or is eligible for IT industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma, indicating strong service and project management expertise.
