About This Role
- Lead or contribute to Murex MXML technology initiatives ensuring successful delivery of development/configuration projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, apply software architecture principles, and deliver projects within scope, quality, and deadlines.
- Provide technical leadership including team guidance, roadmap development, vendor coordination, and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Murex MXML development, configuration, implementation, or support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent relevant education considered).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and software lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of software architecture, database management, cloud computing concepts, and related technology delivery skills.

- Experienced in leading or managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple technology projects.
- Strong capability in translating complex business needs into scalable, maintainable technical designs for financial or regulated environments.
