About This Role
- Lead and scale a team of up to 8 technical consultants delivering Tableau Next migration projects from legacy BI platforms.
- Own solution design, data architecture, migration strategy, and governance model for Tableau Next within Strategic Migration Centre of Excellence.
- Serve as a senior technical architect accountable for end-to-end analytics platform migration, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement with clients and executives.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects, including individual contributor roles.
- 8+ years of people management experience.
- Tableau Certified Data Analyst and Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certifications required; Tableau Certified Architect preferred.
- Proven experience migrating large BI estates (500+ reports/dashboards) from legacy platforms to Tableau Next.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in executing complex end-to-end data migrations with deep expertise in data, integration, security, and platform architecture.
- Strong technical leadership capable of balancing 50% hands-on architect role with people leadership in a delivery factory environment.
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders (CDOs, Enterprise Architects) as a trusted advisor on migration roadmaps and analytics governance strategies.
