About This Role
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with zero errors ensuring 100% accurate inventory records.
- Manage physical verification, tracking, and timely, error-free issuance of raw materials and outsourced parts to production.
- Prepare and execute inventory reports with regular maintenance of physical stock and adherence to 5S and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience handling stores processes in manufacturing industry.
- University graduate degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge considered an advantage.
- Experience in receiving supplier materials including loading and unloading.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing stores functions within manufacturing settings with accountability for inventory accuracy.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders including customers, vendors, and freight handlers.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and capable of maintaining robust documentation and problem escalation.
