About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes across one or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and SAFe principles.
- Drive delivery excellence by tracking sprint and PI objectives, managing risks, dependencies, and release coordination to ensure predictable business value delivery.
- Serve as Agile coach and liaison to Product Owners, Technology Leads, and stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Agile software/project delivery with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in Scrum and/or SAFe environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong skills in Agile metrics, forecasting, risk and stakeholder communication management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Scrum Master comfortable working within SAFe frameworks and coordinating Program Increment planning.
- Skilled in cross-team communication, risk management, and driving continuous process improvements in complex delivery environments.
- Prior exposure to financial services or regulated industries, or experience supporting cloud/digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
