About This Role
- Lead the monthly forecasting, quarterly business plan, and annual budgeting processes for assigned markets in the Asia Pacific region.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial performance insights to support decision-making.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency and ensure data integrity across multiple systems (SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA or MBA preferred.
- CA candidates: 4-6 years FP&A experience; Non-CA candidates: 8-10 years FP&A experience, preferably in consumer health or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency with OneStream, SAP, BW, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Work Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
