About This Role
- Own the end-to-end agent experience for risk and fraud operations workflows, improving decision quality and reducing manual effort.
- Define and manage the risk tooling roadmap and lead requirement gathering, prioritization, user acceptance testing, and launch for risk automation tools.
- Drive design, development, and deployment of AI-assisted automation and unified risk workbench by partnering with cross-functional teams (Platform, Engineering, Data Science, Design).
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in operations, program or product management.
- 5+ years experience in fraud, payment risk, trust and safety, or related investigations industry.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to write business requirements and manage tooling projects with measurable impact.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams bridging operational needs and technical execution in risk or fraud tools.
- Demonstrated success in deploying automation or AI-driven solutions that improve operational metrics like handle time and accuracy.
