About This Role
- Support customer issue resolution, respond to queries, perform monthly root cause analyses, and implement improvements to minimize platform issues.
- Design, enhance, and optimize ML platform solutions focused on model training and agent development.
- Work on Visa-like internal ML platform enabling model training, experiment execution, AI workloads, and agent development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and backend/system-level programming in Python.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Ray.
- Understanding of tensor computing, operating systems, concurrency, compute architectures including CPU/GPU/AI accelerators.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting ML platform operational stability and customer support contexts.
- Skilled in system-level ML infrastructure development and optimization in a financial or technology environment.
- Familiar with distributed systems and compute resource management for AI workloads in production-scale platforms.
