About This Role
- Design and implement AI solutions, particularly Gen AI/Agentic AI workflows, to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Mentor and lead a small team (2-5 members) in system design and AI model development.
- Manage end-to-end data tasks including collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis from large internal and external datasets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in data science or related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, sequence-to-sequence models, explainable AI, and scalable AI workflows in production.
- Experience in Financial or Credit Card industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills demonstrated by guiding small teams in AI systems design.
- Experienced in handling large-scale, complex datasets and applying advanced analytical techniques in business contexts.
