About This Role
- Lead development and integration of complex software components focusing on Java and front-end technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure software delivery aligns with product commitments and Sprint/PI objectives.
- Design for testability, support test automation, and manage risks and change requests during project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree with 11+ years’ experience also acceptable.
- Minimum 11-12 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8+ (Core and Advanced), Spring Boot 3.x, Angular 12, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS.
- Mandatory experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ and cloud platform experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with strong leadership ability and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Proficient in asynchronous programming, DevOps practices including CI/CD, and build/deployment tools like Maven, Gradle, and shell scripting.
- Comfortable working in complex, large-scale aviation or related industry software environments with strong problem-solving skills.
