About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA for eLIMS-BPT laboratory information management system including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing.
- Lead defect management, root cause analysis, release validation, and support audit/compliance activities in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong functional and regression testing skills.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as WebDriverIO, Selenium, or Playwright and API testing tools like Postman.
- Experience with SQL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps or equivalent ALM tools, and understanding of CI/CD and release management.
- Bachelor's degree in MCA, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated environments such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, LIMS, or laboratory systems with knowledge of validation and compliance processes (GxP, GMP, GLP, CSV).
- Skilled in collaboration and cross-functional Agile team activities including sprint planning and retrospectives with leadership capabilities to mentor junior QA engineers.
- Focused on quality metrics such as defect leakage, test automation coverage, and continuous process improvements supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
