About This Role
- Design and develop MIS and business reporting including BAU and adhoc reports, dashboards, and automation solutions with 100% accuracy.
- Lead projects and delivery as point of contact, ensuring timely partner communication and business problem resolution.
- Identify and drive data analytics solutions and value-add initiatives, manage multiple projects independently, and support junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or data management within Banking/Financial sector.
- Expert hands-on SAS and SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction from complex databases are mandatory.
- Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field; alternatively BTech/B.E/MCA with additional 2 years of experience.
- Experience in design and development of complex reports and dashboards required.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics reporting projects independently with strong project and process management skills.
- Skilled in engaging cross-functional business partners and delivering highly accurate, timely data solutions under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable leading new transitions and automating BAU tasks to create self-service reporting and dashboards.
