About This Role
- Own quality assurance activities for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and related BioPharma applications, covering functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
- Design, develop, maintain test automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to increase automation coverage and release confidence.
- Support release planning, validation, defect management, and compliance activities ensuring regulated environment requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with strong skills in functional and regression testing.
- Experience with test automation tools such as WebDriverIO, Selenium, or Playwright and API testing tools like Postman.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (e.g., MCA).
- Work Experience Required: 2-5+ years in QA roles; Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated environments, preferably Healthcare, Life Sciences, Laboratory Systems, or LIMS with understanding of validation and compliance (GxP, GMP, GLP, CSV).
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams and mentoring junior QA engineers with process improvement focus.
- Skilled in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and tracking quality metrics to reduce defect leakage and improve release quality.
