About This Role
- Own design, development, and delivery of the Global Reconciliation Utility AI/ML models and platform solutions.
- Implement and deploy scalable Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks for critical banking use cases with focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Lead integration of ML and LLM tools into full-stack AI applications, perform prototyping of AI advancements, and drive architecture validation and production deployment in cloud-native environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in engineering scalable enterprise AI solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python programming.
- Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, ADK) and Large Language Models (LLM) including vector databases, RAG, and model tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle of AI solution deployment including GenAIOps and scaling in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in agent-based AI systems, Generative AI, and advanced ML/NLP techniques aligned with critical banking operations.
- Skilled in cloud-native, containerized application development and driving architectural standards and AI performance evaluation within cross-functional teams.
