About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for the eLIMS-BPT Laboratory Information Management System and integrated applications used in global BioPharma labs.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage and release confidence.
- Lead defect management, release validation, and support audit/compliance activities in regulated environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including functional and regression testing.
- Experience with automation tools like WebDriverIO, Selenium, or Playwright and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and using Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools with understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain experience or familiarity with Healthcare, Life Sciences, Laboratory Systems, LIMS, ELN, and regulated environments (GxP, GMP, GLP, CSV) beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage quality metrics and improve automated test coverage driving low defect leakage and high-quality releases.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams with strong collaboration, mentoring, and process improvement capabilities.
