About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using Go, React, and other technologies within an agile team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, ensure product delivery, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot software issues promptly.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong experience with Go (including concurrency, net/http, error handling, testing, REST API development) and solid experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Willingness to work UK shift hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

- Experienced in backend and frontend development with strong proficiency in Go and React technologies, demonstrating full-stack capabilities.
- Comfortable operating within an agile, cross-functional team structure collaborating across product management, QA, and engineering.
- Able to apply secure software development principles and leverage AI-assisted development tools effectively while exercising sound judgment around security and code quality.
