About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and global engineering teams.
- Manage release planning, build and deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and release governance.
- Implement cloud deployment strategies primarily on AWS ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Build Engineering, or Release Management.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions, Release Management, CI/CD tools, SonarQube, and AWS Cloud services.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide release processes across multiple teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating releases across geographically distributed global teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodologies with focus on release cycle time reduction, SLA compliance, and reducing manual release activities.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation frameworks.
