About This Role
- Serve as primary incident responder for security alerts and incidents across infrastructure, products, and client environments.
- Perform threat analysis, hunting, incident response, DLP investigations, and continuous improvement of security tools and automation.
- Participate in global cyber security on-call rotation covering APAC regional shifts and collaborate cross-functionally on security operations and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years experience in cybersecurity, SOC, incident response, or threat hunting.
- Must be physically located in and able to work hybrid from Karnataka or Maharashtra, India, specifically Pune office.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and log management tools such as QRadar, Splunk, or ArcSight; and exposure to cloud security alerts and investigations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on technical investigations and leading cybersecurity incident triage and documentation.
- Proficient in building automated security workflows and integrating AI-powered security capabilities.
- Able to communicate complex cyber threats and investigations clearly to business stakeholders and collaborate with security, audit, and compliance teams effectively.
