About This Role
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide OT/IACS cybersecurity strategies, initiatives, and technology programs.
- Design, evaluate, and advise on secure OT/IACS network architectures, including communications and protocols.
- Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, research, and deployment of cybersecurity safeguards across global Chevron operating environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in OT cybersecurity or related field.
- Preferred certifications: GISCP, GCIP, CISSP or similar in ICS or IT cybersecurity.
- Experience with OT/IACS vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Tenable Nessus, NMAP) and cybersecurity assessment methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying industry standards (NIST 800-53/82, IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS) for OT cybersecurity governance.
- Ability to guide strategic cybersecurity investment decisions and roadmaps for OT environments at an enterprise level.
- Proven track record in secure-by-design architecture and risk mitigation for industrial control systems.
