About This Role
- Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions across multiple platforms and protocols, including IP and VOIP.
- Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors for installation and upgrades of network hardware and software, such as routers and switches.
- Lead project planning, cost analysis, proof-of-concept solution building, and ensure accurate communication and fulfillment of project requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation.
- 6+ years of experience with core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
- Experience in networking and security architecture across local, regional, and global domains.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant network roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and supporting complex network environments including large-scale or global deployments.
- Technical expertise in MPLS, core routing protocols, firewalls, and networking architecture to independently execute multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like Software Defined Network (SDN), Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), and advanced protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN) is advantageous.
