About This Role
- Support design, implementation, and monitoring of technology controls across Unilever's digital landscape ensuring SOX compliance.
- Lead remediation of control deficiencies including root cause analysis and partnering with control owners for remediation plans.
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors and stakeholders to defend control effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives in control frameworks and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity with strong knowledge of security control frameworks (NIST, ISO27000, CIS) and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, PCI).
- Availability to join immediately or within 30 days notice period.
- Specific certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISM, CISSP associate/professional or equivalent mandatory.
- Experience required in managing operational risks, control assessments, IT & Cyber Automation, and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
- Strong background in IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance in large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization related to compliance metrics and has familiarity with emerging technologies like Agentic AI and Generative AI literacy.
